* When clicking on email member on the Member Grid intermittently all members

* When modifying a members details and you click on the tax check box an error

* You can now modify the date joined in Modify Member details function, by
right-clicking on this field.
* New option in member enquiry to only view current membership transactions.
This is useful especially for rolling members with history of transactions still
recorded with membership.
* New option in member transaction print to only print current membership
transactions.
* When modifying a membership program ensures the next payment due date is
filled.
* When adding or renewing a membership program ensures the next payment due date
is filled.
* If next pay due date was empty it was cause the end of day process to hang.

* When specifying rolling payment bank details, a new option clearly defines
between PC Banking and Banking Authority types.
* Introduce group memberships. A new field "Paying Member" details has been
introduced which identifies the membership that is responsible for paying for
this fees of one or more other members. Typical use is for group memberships
such as family, partners, etc.
* When confirming credit card details for a rolling member, and if the members
fees are being paid by another member, the paying members payment details are
shown instead for confirmation. If they are changed, it will affect the paying
members details, not the current member.
* When making a payment against a member that is part of a "group membership", a
new option requests who is actually paying in this instance.
* New field P.I.N. code has been introduced for information purposes only. It
can be used to record the pin for automatic gates.
* Enquiry function now optionally shows the paying member details. You can also
page between these.
* Enquiry function now shows P.I.N. code
* When putting a member on hold the system will warn you if part of a "group
membership". It is up to the user if all members are to be put on hold or not as
only one member may need to depending on the circumstances.
* When reporting a member is unfinancial during check-in, in the case of a
"group membership", check the status of the whole group.
* When reporting a member is on hold during check-in, in the case of a "group
membership", check the status of the whole group.
* When editing a member detect if change in group membership status and update
back to database accordingly.
* When rolling a membership that is part of a "group membership", using the
paying members details to deduct from.
* A new column in the Member grid detects "group memberships". If you click on
the heading it will group the group memberships together but in overall sequence
of the member code.
* From the enquiry form you can view all the members in a Group Membership by
clicking on the locate button next to the primary members name.
* You can now re-order the columns in the Member Grid to suit each users
preferences.

* When checking in a booking you had to click on the mouse for each member. Now

* You cannot take a booking for a member if they are flagged as being "on hold"
and the booking date is within the on-hold period.
* You cannot put a member "on hold" if they have bookings that fall within the
on-hold period.
* When you put a rolling member on hold, that does not roll forever, it now
extends their overall expiry date.
* You can now take a casual booking and flag it as a pending member. That is the
booking is being taken before the membership is formally raised in the system.
* you can now locate pending members and convert them from casual to a live
membership with the ability to draw the casual bookings taken so far from the
new membership.
* (ASR7207) The renewals list now includes the renewal fee for inclusion in
merged letter.
* When reinstating a cancelled booking give back entitlement to member as long
as the booking wasnt forfeited, where the booking was forfeited also reset the
forfeited flag.
* User Access rights to include the following new fields
. OK to input receipts
. OK to edit notes
. OK to view member grid
. OK to view prospect grid
. OK to send SMS
* Modify all forms to now recognise the access rights file. Previously a
non-check-in user could get access where not warranted.
* You can now reset the form defaults of the Diary Bookings form under the
Utilities menu.
* Do not allow a booking to be cancelled if it has a "checked in" status.
* Provide the ability to clear a "checked in" status from both the booking and
manifest forms.
EZeMember Version 4.0.12 (updated

* Trainer summary included cancelled classes. This did not affect the attendee
totals but did show them. They have now been excluded.
* Trainer summary now also shows a total of checked-in which confirms the number
actually checked in as opposed to the number booked.
* Trainer summary now prints in trainer date sequence and shows forfeited total
and optionally shows client names.

* You can now specify whether or not a rolling member rolls "forever" or at the
end of their membership period. This is set through Charge Frequency
Maintenance.
* Members Renewal listing optionally allows you to include those current
memberships where all bookings have been used.
* When you cancel a recurring booking. All bookings from that date on that are
part of that recurring booking are also cancelled.
* The Purge function which also archives lapsed members has been changed to not
archive a member if they still have an outstanding balance.
* You no longer can archive a member from the member grid if they have a
balance. The balance must first be cleared.
* If you attempt to archive a member when it is not lapsed from the member grid
a warning message will request confirmation to proceed with the archive.
* Trainer Maintenance showed an error when saving and cancelled or forward
bookings exist. This should only occur if you are doing a delete. Now corrected.
* Client Booking report now shows date in format "Fri 06Oct2006" rather than
"06/10/2006"
* Client Booking report now shows the next amount due alongside the next payment
due date field.
* Client Booking report now shows if the user forfeited a booking due to client
cancelling late.
* All Members Current/future balances are calculated automatically when the
first user logs on.
* Members Financial Listing now showing "Future Amount Owing" on memberships.
* client Booking report has a new option to print "current membership" bookings
only thus not requiring a date range to be entered.
* Member Enquiry Bookings tab has a new option to only show bookings related to
the "current membership".
* Member Enquiry Bookings tab now includes new column "Forfeited" to show when a
user selects that a cancelled booking is to be forfeited.
* Charge frequency now allows for 3 payment types for rolling members :
. Member pays direct (either Cash or through EFT they instigate)
. Member pays through a 3rd Party (eg EZiDebit, HandiPay, etc)
. We deduct from Member (either through CC EFT or Bank Transfer)
This means you can now define a membership to be invoiced on a rolling basis but
no payment is generated until the user
* EZeMember now records if the user made the decision to forfeit the booking.
* Member Notes from the Enquiry screen now show from the most current note to
the oldest.

* you can now modify the "status" of an email or fax message sent by clicking on
the pull-down when Editing reviewing notes.
* Booking category did nto always display in Trainer maintenance. Now corrected.
* Trainer times show many lines instead of the one line when the number of days
ticked was less than 5. Now corrected.
* Error showed regarding table emrClassdtl when saving a record in trainer
maintenance. Now corrected.
* When adding a new note to a member, if the note currently displayed was for an
email, it would not allow you to add another note. Now corrected.
* When right-clicking a blank date field in the Member Renewals form it would
lock the form. Only way to exit was to click on X at top. Now corrected.

* When printing class rosters with "Print Bookings only in Time Sequence" the
class rosters did not show correctly. Now corrected.
* Trainer summary form intermittently did not show booking categories. Now
corrected.
* Now uses Business Objects Crystal 11 report engine.
* When hitting the downarrow/uparrow on the keyboard at the locate form find
field, it now automatically moves to the locate grid and moves down/up depending
on the key hit.

* When checking in a booking the last visit date and usage tables are now
updated.
* You can now print out a transaction listing for a member for a specific date
range. This can be done by simply clicking on Print Profile on the member
enquiry screen or the member grid.
* The booking enquiry screen now shows the payout figure of a rolling member.
This can be found on the "Transactions" tab in the "Future Amt Owing" field.
* The bookings listed in the enquiry screen now show the trainer code.
* The bookings listed in the enquiry screen showed bookings for other members as
well. Now corrected.
* You can now bulk email using the Last Visit listing.
* When you check in a booking it now also updates the "Last Visit" date on the
member master, whether a casual or not.
* The bank account number is now secured similar to the credit card number when
viewed in enquiry and printing the member profile report.
* When adding a new fee it would not allow entry into the new "length of
membership" field unless you used the copy function. Now corrected.
* When a member is rolled using the "Auto Charge" function the renewal date is
as expected. However when renewing a rolling member that pays say, "over the
counter", the renewal date is one day forward. Now corrected.
* When you cancel a booking it now clears it from the booking screen. If the
class size was greater than 1 and no more participants are booked for that class
you can optionally cancel the class as well.

last selection.
* When renewing a member the booking entitlements expiry date are now also
updated.

* Member Fee Maintenance changed to define minimum length of membership when
using rolling feature.
* Renewals did not calculate end date correctly when a charge frequency
contained months and years.
* You can now specify the expiry date of a rolling membership with the
introduction of a new field called "Next Payment Due Date", which is the next
date that a members fees will be processed.
* Added new field "Next Payment Due Date" to member grid.
* Process Auto charges for rolling members has been modified to :
- Move the next payment due date forward
- If the next payment due date now falls outside of the original start/end dates
for the membership, then renew the membership
automatically
* Member enquiry now shows next payment due date when the member is of "rolling"
membership type
* Member check-in now checks that a member has been rolled or not, if not
confirms whether or not to check the member in.
* When renewing a member that currently has an outstanding balance and the
activity code is being changed at the time of renewal, then you will not be able
to complete the renewal and a message will confirm this. You must instead first
run the End of Day Update and then check if the member still has a balance, if
so, you will need to rectify the balance first and then return to this function
and do the Renewal.
* If a member checks in with an exception it is now recorded.
* Member enquiry function now shows the members photo on the contact details
tab.
* Change member code function has been modified to include the new booking
tables that reference the members code within it.
