* If a modification was made to an agent related
booking that was already invoiced, it affected the Agent
invoices when they were reprinted. No changes should be made to bookings
after the final invoice update has occurred, however the invoice reprint now

* EZeTours can now be run in "non-integrated" mode. This means you do not need
to link the product to an accounting package. Instead you need to manually

* New option to allow you to change your own password. You must remember the password you changed to

* New user id of ADMIN is now required for changing or adding new users to the system. This prevents any user logging in and just creating their own login and accessing the system.
* New option to allow an "administrator" to set user access rights regarding bookings.
* "Other" taxes (eg Reef Tax) are not collected by the Agent. Must be collected by the operator from the passenger separately. All programs modified to cater for this. Therefore when you take a deposit from an Agent it is the commission for the agent as normal. If the agent takes the total fare, it is the total fare less the reef tax. The manifest will instruct the driver to still collect this.
* Manifest was not showing the tax balance correctly where an agent was involved but the passenger pays the operator in full. This was a reporting problem only, it calculated the agent invoice correctly.

* Information that prints on the bottom of the manifest is now derived from a new
"manifest conditions" field found in General Parameters. This allows each user
to define their own "footnotes".
* The pax summary manifest was not calculating the correct passenger total. Now corrected.
* Deleting a "date" entry in the "Tours and Rates" parameter entry
would cause an error to occur and not delete anything. Now corrected.
* Delete logic on the RHS of the form has now been checked and corrected.
* when searching on agent code disable the invalid agent message which occurred everytime
you selected search or hit F5.
* Improve overall handling when maintaining agents against rates and options.
* Pick-up list was not refreshing properly for both edit booking and new booking forms.
Now corrected.
* When you select the "copy" button under the dates grid of the Tour/Rate
maintenance function, it now copies all sub-ordinate information as well, including rate
codes, options, agent information and pick-up times. This significantly speeds up the
process in setting up new tariffs for another year/season.
* Now uses the VFP6 runtime.

setting is governed from within the General Parameters form.
* When taking a booking the default setting for how the passenger paid for the booking in

parameters. One in General Parameters and the other in Agent Maintenance.
* Maximum number of concurrent users has been extended from 1 to 10. Of course your
licence must support this.
* When acknowledging a receipt from a passenger, if no amounts entered, reject it.
* Receipts may now be printed highlighting "Tax Invoice" and "GST"
componnents. Go into General Parameters and firstly indicate whether or not you wish to
print receipts, and if you do, what to print on the receipt header and footer. This
enables user defineable messages to print.
* Ability to add geographical codes from the locate form
* In General Parameters, Next Ticket number should have read Next Agent Invoice Number.
* First two lines of Pastel company info parameters are now printed under the address of
the Agent Invoice.
* Agent Invoice now includes the word "Tax" prior to invoice.
* You can now identify what geographical region the passenger originated from. Used in
statistical reporting.
* Add customers (Agents) into Pastel from within EZeTours.
* Copy now disabled when maintaining tour ids. Copy at the dates and rates levels are
supported though.
* Full implementation of GST based on tax scales set in Pastel. If these are not set up
you must set them up now for GST. You must run the Pastel Lookup Refresh wizard. In
General Parameters you must nominate the default tax method to be used. Then at time of
booking you nominate what level of tax is applicable to this booking.
* When initially taking the booking the commission amount was not extended correctly for
child/conc1/conc2/family categories.
* Modify agent invoice exception report to include a legend explaining the reason for the
