Sample Screens

One of the initial comments we receive is on the ease of use and installation of EZeTours. The following are some snap-shots of screens for your perusal. There are a number on this page so it may take a few minutes to download. A comment prior to each snap-shot will explain. This is obviously a small sample of the screens you have access to with EZeTours.

1. EZeTourOperator Navigator presents the most common functions used in EZeTours for quick selection by the user. The menu is found on the left hand-side while the information is displayed on the right. See below.

2. Passenger Grid displays all passengers ever booked past, present or future with filtering capabilities. From here you can go directly to the manifest or booking, print confirmation, email passenger or agent.

3. Tour Manifest allows you to visually define the bookings for this day and tour. It also shows how many seats are available to sell. Right-clicking the mouse button provides you with further functionality.

4. New Booking form enables quick input of the booking requirements for this passenger. A pop-up form also allows tariff, extras and commissions to be confirmed. Seat allocation is automatic and may be ignored or selected by the booking clerk.

5. Passenger and Agent confirmation allows you to email, fax and / or print the confirmation.

6. Availability Display Grid is the control centre to the system. It displays an availability summary in an easy to read format with quick accessing via the right-click mouse button.
