This product released by Platypus Software Pty Ltd, enables users of Sage Pastel Partner or Express accounting software packages to utilise a number of powerful functions against Customers and Suppliers using the Communicator module, or, Customer Receipting and Supplier payments.

Tested and approved for use with Microsoft Windows 7 Professional and greater or Windows Vista Business.

• Supports the following Accounting versions :

  • Sage Pastel Partner and Express range including Pastel V19, Pastel V18, Pastel V17, Pastel V14, Pastel V12, Pastel V11, Pastel 2009, Pastel 2007, Pastel 2005 and Pastel 2004
     

• Wizard to assist with quick setting up of basic information
   

• Handles multiple bank accounts
   

• Handles multiple companies
   

• Includes 4 modules: Communicator, EZeReceipts, EZePayments and EZeBank (note some accounting packages do not support all these modules)
   

• Communicator: Customer and Supplier sophisticated mail merge functionality incorporating SMS, eMail and Letter production. Many templates can be stored and recalled.
   

• EZeReceipts: Customer and G/L receipting and bank deposit listing, additional users in receipting may be purchased. EFTPOS capability
   

• EZePayments: Supplier payments wizard and cash management tool. Also prints fixed format supplier remittance containing information only of the payment made (for use with Sage Pastel only)
   

• EZeBank: Electronic banking for supplier payments. Currently supports over 10 different formats. Apply to us if you have a different electronic banking format in your region. (for use with Sage Pastel only)
   

• SMS capable, works in several countries - check with us. Must be linked to a specific service. Only requires pc to have internet connection
   

• Supports the following eMail environments :
      - Default SMTP eMail client  (preferred option when using rich graphic eMail communication)
      - Microsoft Outlook Express version 6.0 (using the MAPI version)
      - Microsoft Outlook Professional versions 97 to 2007
      - Microsoft MAPI - any email program that supports this interface
      - Microsoft CDO - works on any pc where internet mail has been defined and set-up
   

• Supports the following Fax environments :
      - Microsoft Fax (preferred option)
      - Microsoft Outlook Professional versions 97 to 2007 - you must have installed a fax transport within Outlook
      - Winfax Pro version 9 and 10
