* You can now enter a message when add a new member, renewing a member, or, modifying
the member details; that will appear on the check-ing screen. This enables communication
to either the member or staff about this member. eg what activities they are allowed in
the case of a multi-activity membership. This field also appears in Member Enquiry.

* Occassionally the locate form would not search correctly as it allowed the index
selection pull-down to key characters into it. Also when changing the search path it did
not clear the search criteria. Now corrected.
* You can now merge with "All Members" report function. Merges now show both
file names that are generated. One for use by Word2000 the other for use by Word97, or,
compatible word processing package.
* Member Grid now remembers the last setting you displayed. ie Current/Lapsed/All and it
does this by user id.

* Check-in Screen has now been expanded so that it is easy to read when using 800 x 600
display method.
* Member Grid now supports keyboard keys eg F6 - New member, F4 - Other Actions, F5 -
Locate, F7 - Edit, F8 - Delete.
* Locate window was leaving index files open and causing an error when Adding or renewing
members. Now corrected.
* You can now locate a specific activity/charge frequency from the maintenance function.

* When creating a member with split payments an error would occur. Now corrected.
* Reverse receipts showed receipts for other activities for the same member. Now corrected
to only display the receipt relevant to the activity.
* When reversing a receipt for a member that has multiple activities it displayed an error
message. Now corrected.
* You can now change your password by selecing "Change Password" under the
"Administration" pull down menu.

* All reports now remember the settings that they were last run with for each user.
* Check-in now displays dialogue form when the member visits or period expires.
* Address not refreshing correctly after doing a locate on post code. This was corrected
in both new, renewals and editing.
* Right-click or F5 Locate on date fields to activate pop-up calendar.
* Members may now have multiple activities. When you check them in a pop-screen will
appear requesting you to select which activity is being checked in. Simply highlight the
one using the arrow keys and hit enter to select, or, use the mouse to select the activity
you wish and click on "Select". If you do not wish to proceed with either
activity, then just hit the escape key.
* Expand the size of the member grid form.
* Ability to do a merge with "current" members.
* Ability to create a data directory when clicking on the browse button.

* Ability to export Bank Transfer debits to your online banking program. This allows
you to transfer funds from your members back into your own bank account using the
information stored within EZeMember.
* Auto charge report now calculates tax (GST)
* New report added to reports navigator which reports on tax collected for a given period.
* Allow negative in Member receipting to post a manual receipt reversal. Needed for
rolling members where the member has been rolled passed the date of the receipt needing
reversing.
* You can now elect which sort order the bank deposit prints out in. Either member name or

* New option to invoice a Member for additional fees, etc.

* If the amount paid is altered on a split payment then it will automatically adjust the
monthly amounts to pay.
