* "Activity code" has now been relabelled in the system as "Membership Type".
"Membership Type" is the terminology now used to refer to the different types of
financial categories you sell memmberships for. Activity code now refers to the
different types of Activities your members use. This relates to our new proposed
Diary Booking system which allows for class scheduling to be performed. If you
require the terminology to be set back simply go into General Parameters and
change the labels there.
* EZeMember now links with posCentral allowing full Point of Sale capabilities
allowing a centre to additionally sell drinks, clothing, etc. Memberships can
also be receipted through POS and balanced with EZeMember.
. You must have the following defined in posCentral :
- 01 - Tax code set up pointing to local tax rate
- ZMEM - dept code set up
. Members are automatically added as customers in posCentral to enable tracking
of purchases, etc. You can even allow charge-back capability if required.
. Activity/Charge Frequencies utilised by members are added automatically into
posCentral as service stock items so that they can be receipted through POS and
balanced with EZeMember. When receipting against this stock code you should scan
in the member code it relates to. This is prompted for automatically.
* You can now print your own bar code labels using the DYMO label printer.
* New form "Defaults for this PC" used to define whether or not bar-code label
printing is supported. Also define which email and fax programs are supported
from this pc.
* Demo licence allows 1 record only to be merged for evaluation purposes.
* Member Archive listing caused an error 13 when printing the report. Now
corrected.
* General Parameters now includes a Terminology tab to enable certain field
labels to be set by the user.
* In Charge Frequency maintenance, the label "Membership Type" has been changed
to "Frequency Type"
* Inclusion of locate button where field has a look-up capability.
* Member contact details now uses a listbox for Male/Female selection. This has
been done in both Member Renewals and Edit Member Details

facility used to be available in a prior version from the tool bar, instead a
button on the form itself is now used.
