Match Serial Masters Wizard This powerful tool allows you to quickly tag stock items in your MYOB or Quickbooks databases as serialised stock items. Once EZeSerial# Tracker knows this it will assist you in tracking your serials with minimum effort. Identifies imbalances between your MYOB or QuickBooks databases and its own Serial Master transaction database. Import Purchases EZeSerial# Tracker will drill into your MYOB or Quickbooks Purchases to identify documents that contain serialised stock items. These are then presented in an easy to use list where you can then generate serial numbers quickly, either by scanning them or having the program auto generate based on starting serial number. Import Sales EZeSerial# Tracker will drill into your MYOB or Quickbooks Sales to identify documents that contain serialised stock items. These are then presented in an easy to use list where you can then tick from a list of available serial numbers. Define Lots, Batches and/or Multiple Packs Premier version only. Not yet released - available late June. Ability to define multiple serial numbers to form one pack. Ability to define lots, batches with expiry date information. Define Warranty Obligations You can define the different supported warranty periods. Then when you bring in serialised items, an expiry date is automatically calculated by the system. This date can of course be modified if necessary later. Serial Master View Select a serialised stock item and view all serial numbers defined against this master. Drill further on any item to assess purchase vs sales information. Reporting available. Customer View Select a customer and view all serial numbers sold to this customer. Drill further on any item to assess purchase vs sales information of that serial. Reporting available Supplier View Select a supplier and view all serial numbers purchased from this supplier. Drill further on any item to assess purchase vs sales information. Recall Letters Based on a specific criteria, quickly dispatch recall notices to customers. |
