From this page you are able to log any support or HelpDesk questions that you may have on EZeSerial# Tracker. If you purchased your product through a Distributor or Dealer we will forward your request onto the appropriate person for actioning if applicable to them.

You are entitled to 6 months business hours helpdesk from the date of purchase of the product. After-which you must have a Support contract to obtain support.
