Important changes regarding support of Platypus Software products...

Effective 1 August 2006

From 1 August 2006, Platypus Software Pty Ltd Australia will no longer be providing technical support for certain earlier versions of EZeTours, and will instead be more efficiently focusing our support resources for customers who have either :

bulletSubscribed to a Platypus Software HelpDesk or Maintenance support program; or
bulletRegistered users of the latest-version EZeTours; or
bulletRegistered users of up to one version before the latest-version EZeTours (except where an older version is more than two years old).

Therefore, if you are not subscribed to a Platypus Software HelpDesk or Maintenance support program, or your version of EZeTours is two versions older (or more) than the current-version EZeTours, then your EZeTours product will not be supported by Platypus Software Pty Ltd Australia under the terms of the policy that will be in effect from 1 August 2006.
