Professional Guest Reporting. Lets face it, the last thing your guest remembers is their bill! It is important that it presents professionally, is clear to understand and without any messy errors showing. You can print these either on your existing letterheads or pre-printed stationery.

Professional Internal Reporting. It is critical that the information you record in your system be actuate and useable. With our housekeeping report there is plenty of critical information all on one page. You can see the current status of every room and the arriving guest requirements. Linen charge information can also be monitored. We have a linen manifest that can be used to assist in producing a linen order. All this information is input once into the system, no unnecessary duplication is experienced.

Another example is our Room Availability Forecast. This report will assist you to roster staff by giving you information, by day for any nominated date range, arrivals, stay-on and departures (individuals and groups) total expected room revenue, average room rates, % occupancy and number of rooms left to sell by room type. You can get this report off for any date range that you wish, this one simple report for say the next week, saves time in preparing rosters.

Strong Controls. Whether you are running the business yourself, or you have someone to manage it for you, controls are very important and should be a mandatory feature in any system. With INNhouse you will know who posted a transaction, when they posted it, what time of the day they posted it. If you are running a multi-user system it will even tell you from which PC it was posted. A reservation audit trail also exists so that you can see who created the booking and who last modified it. Our Internet page is registered with as many search engines as possible so as to maximise our presence on the Internet to others.

Allotments. This software module is available and is critical when managing travel agent or company bookings where they have pre-committed a certain level of bookings. You can choose the point where rooms not used by the travel agent are automatically put back into the main inventory pool.
