posCentral-BackOffice Release Version 3.2.2 (Updated

** Database change ** Tables: ezesellgrp, ezesglines, ezealtbar, ezeablines
* Customer Category pricing matrix now handles zero qty when integrated with
Pastel.
* You can now define Alternate bar codes. Only available in the Professional and
Premier versions.
* Register polling now recognises the alterate bar code import utility and
launches it when required.
* You can now click on the "Import Accounts into POS" button when in
non-integrated mode. This will transfer your price matrix and alternate bar code
settings into RF POS through the Register polling function.
* Broadcast facility is only available in the Premier version.
* New function Price Matrix maintenance which allows for the definition of
special selling campaigns. Only available in the Premier version.
* New function Selling Groups maintenance which is used inconjunction with the
Price Matrix maintenance function.
* Reset the price and discount tables prior to loading them to ensure old prices
and discounts are cleared first.
* Locate caused an error on the Message Templates form.
* Finalised column was not showing on the sales dockets grid. Now does.
* Removed M/type column from mailbox grid.

* New customer control centre where you can view customer details, all sales
recorded against this customer in the database, and any email or letters sent to
this customer.
* Sales by Dept report now also sub-totals on price level within dept.
* The terminal id is now stored against the product in the registry. You may
need to reset it after installing this update.
* Form enhancements to BO Stock by Dept Sales report.
* New table to define user access rights within posCentral-BackOffice. Here is
also where you define whether or not the user has access to change parameters,
view reports or send emails.
* You can no longer access the parameters of posCentral-BackOffice unless you
have access rights to parameters.
* You can no longer access the reports of posCentral-BackOffice unless you have
access rights to parameters.
* Introduction of Platypus Mailbox folder. Used to store messages dispatched
using the new email broadcast feature.
* General parameters now has a new tab where you define where the Platypus
Mailbox folder resides. Normally this is under the live data folder, but does
not have to reside there.
* New option in the parameters section of the Navigator to run the Edit Message
Template function. This is then used by the new customer email broadcast
function.
* New parameter to allow an NFR to run a different accounting package to the one
they are licenced for.
* PC Defaults now includes the ability to specify a default email program to
send emails through.
* compact tables now compacts and re-indexes the other tables that do not start
with "pc" eg ezedefs, ezelog, users, etc.
* The "About posCentral-BackOffice" form did not correctly identify standard
version users.
* Ability to export customers from POS when running in non-integrated mode.

be added to the .zip file. Now renames back to .zip if no files found.
* Now integrates with Pastel 2007 build 9.3.
* If you did not select a licence level a serious error would occur. Now
corrected.
