Important changes regarding support of Platypus Software products...

Effective 1 August 2006

From 1 August 2006, Platypus Software Pty Ltd Australia will no longer be providing technical support for certain earlier versions of posCentral-Store, and will instead be more efficiently focusing our support resources for customers who have either :

bulletSubscribed to a Platypus Software HelpDesk or Maintenance support program; or
bulletRegistered users of the latest-version posCentral-Store; or
bulletRegistered users of up to one version before the latest-version posCentral-Store (except where an older version is more than two years old).

Therefore, if you are not subscribed to a Platypus Software HelpDesk or Maintenance support program, or your version of posCentral-Store is two versions older (or more) than the current-version posCentral-Store, then your posCentral-Store product will not be supported by Platypus Software Pty Ltd Australia under the terms of the policy that will be in effect from 1 August 2006.
